Thursday, 2nd June 2022 — from 3pm // Join the party for an evening of fun on the Stambourne Playing Field on Thursday, 2nd June 2022 from 3pm while we celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with tea and cakes, free BBQface painting, live music by Reflections and Old Street Rockers & more!

Join the party and celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with us!

Join us for an evening of fun on the Stambourne Playing Field on Thursday, 2nd June 2022 from 3pm, where we will celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with tea & cakes, free BBQface painting, live music by Reflections and Old Street Rockers, and much more!

Programme

  • 3pm: start of the celebrations
  • Tea and cake provided, soft drinks and ice creams for children
  • Activities will include face painting and a Jubilee Quiz
  • 5pm: free BBQ
  • 6pm: live music by Reflections and Old Street Rockers
  • Toast the Queen!
  • 9.15pm: lighting of the new beacon

Bring your own tables, seats, picnic, nibbles, drinks, etc.

Drawing competition

Competitions

  • Drawing competition for under 12’s – subject “The Queen”.
  • Anyone welcome to make a Jubilee themed flower decoration (in own container) to go in the church.

    To be in place on Wednesday ready for judging.
