Every Tuesday, from 9th June 2026 — 6.30pm – 7.30pm // Come along to the Stambourne Village Hall and discover the calm and strength of a weekly yoga practice. These sessions are a chance to pause, breathe, and move — helping you build strength, flexibility, and calm in a friendly, welcoming space. This is a mixed ability class including seated yoga. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have some experience, everyone is welcome to join.
