Stambourne stones

Over the last few weeks mystery stones have appeared on footpaths and roadsides around the village. These are adding fun and interest to the daily exercise outings of “children” of all ages!! The “idea” is to find them, take pictures if you like to “collect” them and then relocate them for others to find again.

Gigaclear are now accepting orders and installation slots for connecting their full-fibre, up-to 900Mb/1Gb service along Cornish Hall End Road. County Broadband continue to do work to install their service to other parts of the village and it can be pre-ordered.

Gigaclear are yet again delaying super fast broadband along Cornish Hall End Road due to an apparent connectivity issue. Despite taking orders, they are failing to progress people's connections.

Gigaclear are live along Cornish Hall End Road. Full-fibre (up to 900Mb/s) can now be ordered for premises along Cornish Hall End Road. Gigaclear/Superfast Essex announced in August that their project is delayed yet again and an early estimate is December 2019 for those able to receive their full-fibre service (chiefly along Cornish Hall End Road). Further updates will be provided once more is announced.
